The Service

PlateRotate is an app developed by KRH Digital that converts meal descriptions to diet-compatible alternatives using AI. PlateRotate is available on Android, with iOS coming soon.

PlateRotate provides meal suggestions for informational purposes only. The output is not medical advice, nutritional counseling, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. If you have a medical condition, food allergies, or specific dietary health needs, consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlateRotate. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PlateRotate for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the free tier conversion limit through technical means or fraudulent subscription changes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use the service in a way that damages, disrupts, or overloads our infrastructure.

Subscriptions and Payments

PlateRotate offers a free tier with 5 conversions, and paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro) for unlimited access and additional features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us at kevin@krhdigital.com and we'll work it out.
• Price changes: We'll notify you in advance of any price changes before they take effect.

Your Content

Any meal text you enter into PlateRotate is yours. You retain full ownership of anything you type into the app. We don't claim any rights to it.

By using the app, you grant us a limited right to process your meal text through the Claude Haiku API to generate your conversion results. This is the only use we make of your content.

Intellectual Property

PlateRotate — including the app, website, branding, and all associated content — is owned by KRH Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

Disclaimers

PlateRotate's meal suggestions are generated by AI and may not be appropriate for every individual. Results may vary. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following the app's suggestions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRH Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlateRotate — including any health or dietary outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
